Returns

While we hope that you love every single piece from Lex & Co., we understand that you may need to return or exchange an item. Please follow the instructions below and we will be happy to make it right for you!

If you require a return or exchange of your merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your item. 
We accept in-store returns within 10 days of your purchase date and online returns postmarked within 10 days from the date your order was shipped. 

Buy Online/Pickup In-Store and In-Store orders can be returned for a refund back to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags on. 

Here is our detailed return policy:

  • We accept unworn, unwashed with the original tags intact returns for a full refund within 10 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be excepted for sale items 
  • We follow strict quality control, but if you receive an item and it happens to be damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your item! You can either email us at concierge@lexandcompany.co, or by using our contact form.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you, and the request for refund will not be granted.
  • All return requests must be received within the 10-day window (from the date of your package delivery to the date of your refund request), no exceptions will be made. 
  • We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All USPS or UPS tracking inquiries should be handled directly with the shipper.
